The Creator is One with Its Own Creation

This lesson is about the relationship between Mind and Light:

• The Circle of Light is occurring all at once, everywhere.
• The Illumination of the Light is in all places, is fully Manifest in every point of space, and is Conscious of Itself.
• It Shines from within Itself, to Itself, by a Self- Produced Radiance.
• It is Self- Luminous. It never fades or goes out. It is the Wonder of all Wonders.
• It is the Sublime Mystery. It is God.
• Each particle of this Light is Infinitely Creative. Hence the possibility of an infinite number of Universes.
• Your mind is a manifestation of this Infinite Mind of Light.
• Your mind creates your own environment, and your environment influences your mind. The mind within you learns about itself by its own manifestations.
• The Creator is One with Its Creation.
• Thus, the Mind of Light is One with the Universe it creates constantly, and your mind is One with your environment which you constantly create.

Notice that there is no past, present or future in it. It happens all at once, everywhere. The Infinite Mind of God creates the Universe every instant of time at every point of space, and the Infinite Mind of Light is One with that Creation—totally, one- hundred percent, absolutely One.

Similarly, your mind is One with your own creations, and your mind is One with the Infinite Mind of Light. The whole miraculous process arises from here.

You normally function in the mind, ego and body. Your mind is the doer principle. Normally your mind flows out towards the ego and the body, and your mind receives impulses from both the ego and the body. There is also a direct connection between your ego and your body.

But the mind can be turned the other way as well. It can be influenced by the Self and by the Mind of Light. The Light can influence your mind and the Self can influence your mind. Notice also that there is an internal connection between the Self and the Light.

You could say that the mind is the most crucial part of you. Upon the mind rests your success and your transformation. Upon the mind rests everything! You can receive a direct Inspiration into your mind from the Self (the Spirit within you) and from the Mind of Light (the Infinite Mind of God).

Your mind is actually an extension of the Infinite Mind of Light, and therefore it has the same creative power as the Infinite Mind of Light. The Infinite Mind of Light creates the Universe instantaneously, every moment, and beholds the Universe in Itself. Similarly, you behold your own creations in your own mind. So you cannot blame your husband, wife or children, your boss, the government, the church or the tax department for all your troubles in life! Everything is in your own mind. You created it all. If you have a problem, you created it very beautifully in your mind and it was simply projected. Your mind creates the situation and it materializes on the level of the ego or the body. And because there is a direct relationship between your ego and your body, you are experiencing life.

In the state of Enlightenment there is also a direct relationship between the Self and the Infinite Mind of Light. So a person who is Enlightened (in the true sense of the word) is the Self and the Infinite Mind of Light. Furthermore, he expresses himself through the mind, and down from the mind to the ego and the body. Thus, an Enlightened Being, such as a Buddha or a Christ, functions as a Mind- Being with an ego and a body, expressing the Self and the Infinite Mind of Light.

Now, notice what was said:

Your mind creates your own environment, and your environment influences your mind.

Here is an important lesson: you create your environment, but your environment cannot create your mind; it can only influence your mind. The only creative power you have is the mind, so if you don’t like your environment you can create a new one!

Another important point is:

The mind within you learns about itself by its own manifestations. If you create a bad situation, you learn something about yourself. Your thoughts are the children of your mind and your environment is a child of your mind. If something is wrong, therefore, you learn about yourself. Your mind is your creative ability, so if you are unhappy about something in life, you have obviously made the wrong creation! The mind learns about itself by learning about its own creations.

Don’t blame everybody else for all your miseries, because they have nothing to do with it. Everything is in your mind. You create what you project out of your mind. Your thoughts create your environment. The beautiful part of it, however, is that you can actually re- create your environment, because your mind is totally creative. So if you don’t like your environment, change it. Just change your thoughts. Be ye Changed by the Renewal of your minds!

If the planet is always at war, it is because people choose it. As soon as they change their minds there will be peace on Earth. It requires a change on the mind level.

People are trying to patch up all the dead, diseased and dying. The “do- gooders” collect the bodies of the sick and the dying and try to patch them up, but they are not changing people’s minds! All the welfare organizations of the world are practically useless because they are patching up bodies, not minds. Yet the minds created those dead, sick and dying bodies!

The minds of people have to change and then there won’t be so many diseases and terrible miseries in the world. All of these are created by mind, so if you really want to do good to people, you have to help them change their minds. The mind has to be reoriented in the other direction, and then the Self and the Infinite Mind of Light naturally come into view. The Self becomes the Ruling Principle. The ego is normally the ruling principle, the “dictator” inside you, but when you have reoriented yourself, the Divine Self is your Ruling Principle. Similarly, the body is your instrument in this world, but when you have reoriented yourself, the Infinite Mind of Light becomes your tool and instrument in the world. It all comes back to the reorientation of your mind.

This lesson is very important. It is the understanding of how we have created, do create and will create our destinies through the mind. Human words cannot adequately describe it, but as you experience some of these conditions it will make very clear sense to you.
